In this vlog, Georgia and I visit our beloved friend, Thea, and her girlfriend, Lauren, in Portland, Oregon. We checked out the Japanese Garden, Hoyt Arboretum, Silver Falls, Cannon Beach, Herman the Sturgeon, and more. I had such a wonderful time seeing Thea’s new home, and was struck by the beauty of the northwest. Moss, ferns, mist—so very different from back east (especially right now). We had a grueling three flights on the journey back, and I went thirty-four hours without sleep, but all is well. I am very thankful to Thea for sharing her home with us.
