Though I would love to spend all my time writing and being outdoors, I do have to plug away at my day job sometimes. However, I feel very lucky, as my day job is working as a Production Ceramicist and making ceramic fish! I’ve recorded some footage of the fish-creating process and of me at the fish factory. I spent a week this April at the Wigtown School of Writing in Wigtown, Scotland, attending a writer’s workshop that focused on world-building and the art of effective storytelling. This was a wonderful experience that allowed me to fully immerse myself in the world of writing, and to explore all of the amazing bookstores that Wigtown has to offer. I feel so lucky to have been a part of this workshop. I cannot wait for the next time that I can return to Wigtown!
